Ute’s passion for Yoga started 10 years ago and she soon developed a love for this ancient practice. After completing her first teacher qualification in a Power Vinyasa Style she continued her studies with The Yoga Institute and finished her teacher training Diploma in 2014.
Ute’s understanding of Yoga and her personal practice have since been strongly influenced by the classical Yoga teachings as translated by Sri T Krishnamacharya. As a yoga teacher, her main aim is to help others to find physical and mental health, as well as happiness and peace through this healing practice.
Ute is committed to teaching and sharing Yoga, making it accessible for each and every individual. She varies the content and pace of her classes according to the ability and requirement of every student. Experience has taught her that the fundamental success of personal development in yoga is for her to focus on the individual needs of each student.
