Women and Yoga: Yoga provides a sustaining force at every stage of life

It Depends : Yoga to support pregnancy and beyond

It Depends : Yoga for Scoliosis

It Depends : Yoga for Back care

Working with Lisa:

“I did my first class with Lisa in November 2014. Before my class I told Lisa about my scoliosis and severe lower back pain which was a big concern for me at that time. I had been practicing power vinyasa yoga for quite some time now and also visiting a chiro practitioner for my back. Lisa took such a personal interest in understanding my concerns and guided me through the practice, teaching me ways to modify the postures to protect my lower back. Under her guidance, I have gained tremendous body awareness and have learned to practice yoga in a way that has helped strengthen my back. I found her workshop on back-care extremely helpful. As a teacher and now my mentor, Lisa has inspired me to adapt and modify my yoga practice to meet my needs.”
