The Savour Italy experience will include plenty of opportunities which you can choose to either join in, or alternatively you might decide to rest and savour the moment by the pool with a glass of crisp Italian white wine and do absolutely nothing. The choice is yours!
Each morning will begin with a gentle but invigorating Yoga practice to wake you up and get you ready for the day. All of the Yoga Teachers are trained in the Krishnamacharya tradition, which emphasizes a personalised, breath centered approach to the practice, which is naturally mindful and meditative. The morning sessions will integrate postures, breathing, and meditation. You will have the opportunity to choose the pace that feels right for you. You will be offered plenty of individualised attention to your practice, if that's what you'd like.
After the morning practice we will have breakfast together, and embark on activities of day.
Some days will be spent on the farm site, with opportunities to relax, sit by the pool, wander around the property, or request some individual Yoga attention from one of your Teachers. Lunch is available in the restaurant on the days we stay on site, and on other days we will take excursions to the local countryside and historic towns - it is Italy, after all!
Each afternoon will wind down back at the farm, with a deep relaxation session or meditation, before a pre-dinner drink and discussion time with the group, which will spillover into a traditional Italian dinner.
Cooking classes are offered by our local venue hosts, on at least two of the days, also exploring the mindful skill of food and wine tasting - appreciating the subtleties of taste, texture and aroma which assist us to really savour our food.
Our Australian-Italian host Michela will be available to offer a truly local experience, in the beautiful Italian countryside.
Given this is a Holiday everything on offer is up to you, allowing the opportunity to really savour each moment.
