Michael is passionate about educating the community on the benefits of quality yoga, and supporting the highest professional standards for yoga teachers. Michael has completed a PhD in Health Science, in the area of Yoga and mental health.
Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching, Specialises in Yoga Sutra studies and Vedic chanting, Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Australia Member and completion of Yoga Therapy Training with Ganesh Mohan.
Michela has a particular interest in the tools of yoga and their therapeutic application. The focus of her teaching is therefore to design a practice that nourishes the specific needs of each of her students and to help them develop their own practice.

For over 25 years, Rosie has been a passionate and integral part of yoga as both a yoga instructor teacher and private practitioner. Rosie’s specialty is Yoga Therapy, helping people to cope, manage and thrive amidst some of life’s more pressing challenges.

Gill’s passion is to encourage the availability of yoga to everybody and offer tools and skills that assist in the management of everyday life. Yoga practice has been a dynamic part of Gill’s life since her late teens. It has offered Gill the supporting philosophy and tools to help navigate the challenges of career, health and family.

Lucy brings over 25 years of experience training and consulting in the field of person-to-person communication and has studied extensively in both Australia and the USA. Lucy passionately believes that by practising Yoga, in whatever form is available to an individual, healing will occur.

My passion for Yoga started when I was in my teens. I very soon developed a love for this ancient practice. As a yoga teacher, my main aim is to help others to find physical and mental health, as well as happiness and peace through this healing practice.
