Please join Maria to experience Yoga Meditation and to help achieve the essence of yoga – personal transformation.
During the course, postures (asana) and movements will incorporate our inner attention to support balancing the body.
The postures and movements will be guided by the breath to develop mindfulness in the practice and each week we will use breathing techniques (pranayama) and sound meditation, to nurture mental steadiness to bring about clarity and peace of mind.
To get the best from this course, some experience of yoga is required.
If you have completed a beginner’s course of yoga at the Yoga Institute you will be well suited to the course.
Conversely, if you have attended any breath centred practices and benefited, it is likely that you will flourish in this course.
