Yoga for Women – 10 WK Term – Start date TBC

This class is for women who are busy in their everyday lives and are looking for a way to create some space for themselves amongst the day-to-day pressures of life.
This class is designed to support, soothe and strengthen fatigued, stressed or post-labour bodies and minds.
Whether you’re manoeuvring through motherhood, juggling work, study, family or social responsibilities, this course will provide some much needed ‘me time’ in your week and help you focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility and overall energy.
