Yoga for Strength & Flexibility with Bronwyn
Join Bronwyn on a Tuesday morning to strengthen and ease you body as well as clear your mind.
In this class you will be guided through a range of classical yoga postures (asana) as well as some gentle flowing sequences to develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
It is also an effective practice to regain healthy spinal mobility, particularly into the upper thoracic area of the spine that has a tendency to become restricted over time.
This class also offers students the opportunity to explore other effective tools of yoga, including breathing exercises (pranayama), sound, deep relaxation and meditation techniques.
Great for students new to yoga as well as more experienced yoga students
