Join Elise on Monday mornings and start your week afresh. In this class you are encouraged to connect with your breath, take the time to find your own pace and work with awareness towards greater strength, flexibility and balance.
You will notice the effects of this nurturing practice each week and as the term unfolds.
We will explore postures, movement, mantra, sound, pranayama, meditation and restorative relaxation. Your body will feel lighter, your mind will be calmer and you will leave the class energised and ready to flow into your week.
