Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been put off by trying to jump in to mainstream classes, leave any concerns of not being that perfect yoga body (whatever that is!) at the door.
This 6 week course is for women only and offers a safe and welcoming space to focus on building confidence & flexibility.
You will familiarise yourself with go-to sequences and poses especially modified for newbies and curves, celebrating the luscious female form.
We will explore mindful movement, as well as guided breathing and relaxation practices.
If feeling a little intimidated has put you off joining a yoga class, this is the session for you, ladies.
