If yes, we have the course for you. Welcome to the Level 2 Beginners Course!
In this 6 week course you will be building and adding to your knowledge learnt from the Beginner Course held here at The Yoga Institute.
There will be further exploration of the following:
* Essential yoga postures (asana)
* Breath-centered approach
* Deep relaxation techniques
* Simple yet powerful breathing practices (pranayama)
* The Power of Now in yoga-mindfulness practice

Central to our approach to yoga is individualising yoga to meet the needs of each person.
Please advise the teacher if you have an injury or health concern. Classes sizes are kept small to ensure personalised attention, so bookings are essential.
Ideally you have attended our Beginners Course before attending this Level 2 Beginners Course. However, you’re more than welcome to join this course if you have been practicing yoga and need a little refresher on our breath centred approach to yoga.
