Yoga practice has been a dynamic part of Gill’s life since her late teens. It has offered Gill the supporting philosophy and tools to help navigate the challenges of career, health and family.
Her passion is to encourage the availability of yoga to everybody and offer tools and skills that assist in the management of everyday life. Gill believes that taking our learned experience and knowledge off the mat, living with a guided awareness is our true practice – as relevant today as ever before.
Gill completed an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching in 2007 and continues to enjoy ongoing study of the diversity of Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
Gill is a mentor for students undertaking the Graduate Yoga Therapy Training Course at The Yoga Institute.
