The Perfect Start to Yoga…now during the day!
In our daytime beginners course you will learn the foundations of a yoga practice. The 6 week course will include:-
* Essential yoga postures (asana)
* Breath-centered approach
* Deep relaxation techniques
* Simple yet powerful breathing practices (pranayama)
* The Power of Now in yoga-mindfulness practice
Central to our approach to yoga is individualising yoga to meet the needs of each person. Everyone welcome. Please advise the teacher if you have an injury or health concern.
