This class is open to students of all levels. It features personal modifications and emphasises integrating the mind, body and breath as we find steadiness in asana (physical postures).
You will enjoy gentle, flowing moves and poses that will help you improve strength and flexibility, without putting any strain on your body.
Students often feel energised but relaxed after this class with an enhanced sense of well-being and contentment. This class is a great way to transition from the week-end into the work week.
