Learn the core principles of meditationMeditation is one of the most powerful tools of yoga for health and well-being.

This 3-day immersion course provides an exploration of:

  • Understanding meditation
  • Experiencing meditation
  • Meditation and the mind: explanation of manas, citta, pratyaya
  • Meditation in yoga
  • Stages of meditation
  • Tools and techniques
  • Skills for teaching basic meditation techniques

As well as experiencing meditation in the classroom, students will be given at-home practice exercises along with journalling exercises to create the space and framework for a personal meditation practice.

This course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
