This 3-day immersion course provides an exploration of:
- Understanding meditation
- Experiencing meditation
- Meditation and the mind: explanation of manas, citta, pratyaya
- Meditation in yoga
- Stages of meditation
- Tools and techniques
- Skills for teaching basic meditation techniques
As well as experiencing meditation in the classroom, students will be given at-home practice exercises along with journalling exercises to create the space and framework for a personal meditation practice.
This course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
